Former Operating Partner with HSD Capital, a merchant bank, and President & CEO of Super Electric Corporation, a private branded consumer products company operating in North America and Asia, and Managing Director of SEGA Entertainment Canada 10 years experience in the Capital markets and formerly past President and Chairman of the Toronto Investment Dealers Association.
Chris Irwin — CEO & Director
Chris practices securities and corporate/commercial law and has been the President of Irwin Professional Corporation since August, 2006. He advises a number of public companies on a variety of issues including continuous disclosure and regulatory issues, reverse-takeover transactions, initial public offerings and takeover bids. Mr. Irwin also advises boards of directors, including independent committees.
Harrison Reynolds — Director
Harrison Reynolds is an entrepreneur in the tech and entertainment sectors. He has been a founding member of multiple venture backed startups in the film and mobile gaming industries. He was the driving force behind their concept development, corporate strategy and the raising of private equity.
Emma Fairhurst — Director
Ms. Fairhurst has over 20 years experience in the venture capital, financial and public company markets. Emma worked at Canaccord Genuity where she administered hundreds of millions in assets, private placements and financings before becoming an investor in her own right. She subsequently went on to be a founder and executive in the resource and tech business venture sector. She has extensive board experience as a director and officer of publicly traded companies.
